# 利用規約の変更

## 2022年8月1日付 一部変更

Monaca利用規約につきまして、2022年8月1日付で次の通り改定いたします。

### 第3条1項(9)の追加

> (9) Monacaに関する当社に対するお問合せ内容のやり取り、およびサポート内容をホームページ・ブログ・ SNS等に転載し、或いはその要旨を投稿すること

### 第14条 **規約の変更**の更新

#### 変更前

> **第14条 規約の変更**\
> 当社は、必要と判断した場合には、利用者にあらかじめ通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。\
> 変更後の本規約が当社のウェブサイト上に掲載された時点から、本サービスに関する一切の事項は変更後の本規約に従うものとします。

#### 変更後

> **第14条 規約の変更**\
> 1\. 当社は、利用者の一般の利益に適合する場合、または社会情勢、経済事情もしくは本サービスに関する実情の変化もしくは法令の変更その他合理的な事由があると認められる場合には、民法の定型約款の変更に係る規定に基づき、本サービスの目的に反しない範囲で本規約の内容を変更できるものとします。\
> 2\. 当社は、前項の定めに基づいて本規約の変更を行う場合は、変更後の本規約の内容を、当社のウェブサイト上に表示しまたは当社の定める方法により利用者に通知することで利用者に周知するものとし、その周知の際に定める1週間以上の相当な期間を経過した日から、本サービスに関する一切の事項は変更後の本規約に従うものとします。\
> 3\. 変更後の本規約の効力発生日以降に利用者が本サービスを利用したときは、利用者は、本規約の変更に同意したものとみなします。
